The factory

Located in Borman Rd 2km south of the Zealong Tea Estate, Zealong's factory is where we create the world's purest tea from freshly picked leaves.

Master Yu, the tea master, oversees the process assisted by a team of highly skilled technicians from Taiwan.  It's a labour-intensive 36 hour process from start to finish requiring a mix of modern technology and ancient skills to achieve perfection.

To meet stringent ISO22000 HACCP food safety standards, the factory is treated as a restricted entry 'clean zone'. All staff and visitors are required to observe strict rules on personal hygeine, clothing and footwear.
