The Perfect Cup

Pre-heat a perfectly clean teapot with the boiling water.

Use 1tsp of your premium Zealong oolong tea (approx 5g) per 150ml of water.

Pour freshly boiled (but not boiling) water over the leaves and infuse for 1 minute.

Tea leaves can be brew for 6 to 8 times.

Brew for an additional minute after the third brew.
