To achieve ISO 22000 certification, we implemented systems to identify and control potential hazards at every step of the food chain. These systems are called hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP).

Washing hands, safe storage of chemicals, protecting against contaminants, regular cleaning schedules, wearing 'food grade' clothing. From the tree nursery all the way to the packaging plant. If it sounds common sense, it is. All three years and 263 pages of it.
